The HGM7220N series generator set controller can be used for automatic control of a single generator set, and can achieve single machine self start/AMF/synchronous switching/cloud monitoring functions. It is equipped with a built-in network communication module, which can connect the generator set to the Internet.
Users can monitor the generator set in real time through mobile apps (IOS or Android system), computers and other terminal devices, and query the operating status and historical records of the generator set. At the same time, the controller parameters can be configured through the cloud server. The network communication module also has SMS function.
Based on the client’s operational needs in Iran’s arid climate, Dingbo Power engineers implemented specialized modifications to the silent enclosures of generator sets:
Enhanced cooling system: Expanded air intakes combined with high-efficiency radiators capable of maintaining optimal temperatures at 50℃ ambient conditions.
Dual-protection filter mesh: Reinforced insect and sand-proof filters at intake points to safeguard internal components from airborne particulates common in desert regions.
Noise reduction: The soundproof enclosures and acoustic absorbing materials reduce the noise levels of the gensets to 75dB(A), making the units suitable for noise-sensitive environments like urban facilities or hospitals.
To enhance operational safety, both the generator sets are equipped with an 800A Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) mounted directly on the soundproof enclosures. This integration streamlines installation while ensuring swift transition between grid and generator power during outages.
