Supercharged generator sets have low starting performance due to relatively low compression. (1) After the supercharged generator set is started, it must wait until the oil pressure rises before it can accelerate, otherwise it will easily cause the supercharger bearing to burn out; when the generator set replaces the oil, cleans the supercharger, filter or replaces the filter element and After stopping for a period of time, after starting, at idle speed, loosen the oil inlet pipe joint on the turbocharger, and tighten it after the standby oil overflows.

(2) Avoid running at idle for a long time to prevent the turbocharger oil from leaking into the compressor and causing the exhaust pipe to spray oil.

(3) After the generator set has just been purchased or the turbocharger is replaced, the oil inlet pipe joint should be removed, and 50-60ml of oil should be added to prevent the turbocharger bearing from being burnt due to lack of oil when starting.

(4) The generator set is not allowed to stop suddenly during high-speed operation. Before the normal shutdown, it should also be operated at idling speed for 2 to 3 minutes to prevent the turbocharger from overheating and causing the turbocharger bearing to seize.

(5) In order not to affect the technical performance of the generator set, the air-tightness of the inlet and exhaust pipes should be maintained frequently. If the gasket is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
