Perkins Diesel Generator Set Delivered to State Grid Energy

The power plant of State Grid Energy Ili Coal Power Co., Ltd. has 2 sets of 660kW diesel generator sets for the 350MW cogeneration project. It puts forward technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, installation and test of the equipment body and its auxiliary equipment. The Perkins series power stations of our company are selected, which are mainly equipped with 4008-30TAG2 engines, Guangzhou Yingge EG400-720N generators, and British Deepwater DSE8620 grid connection control modules.

Engel generator features:

1. Stator patented technology:

(1) Each turn at the end of the stator coil shall be wrapped with insulating tape and shaped by special process to make the coils orderly arranged;

(2) Insulating steel hoop is added at the end of the stator to firmly fix the nose end of each coil on the insulating end hoop, so that all end coils of the generator form a whole with excellent strength.

(3) The coils of each turn are arranged orderly without stagger, and the voltage borne by the coil is low, forming three layers of insulation.

3. Mica insulation of stator winding and two-stage corona prevention insulation technology: insulation materials are crucial to the operation and life of the motor. Considering the particularity of high-voltage motor, the stator adopts mature wrapped polygel mica tape hot pressing forming F/H insulation. After forming, the coil withstand voltage to ground is 33000 kV. The anti corona low resistance tape is used in the slot along with the main insulation hot pressing forming and painting anti corona paint. The end uses high resistance tape to prevent corona, A two-level anti corona design is formed.
