In February, 2025, Dingbo Power received an inquiry from a client in the Democratic Republic of Congo for the procurement of two 600KW standby generator sets for gold mining operations. After gaining a thorough understanding of the working conditions, we promptly provided a professional configuration plan and a transparent quotation.

During follow-up communications, the client mentioned receiving lower quotes from other suppliers. Instead of immediately engaging in price negotiations, Dingbo team proactively clarified the key differences: the alternative supplier used the Weichai 6M33D633E200 engine, which cannot stably achieve the required 600KW standby power under high-temperature conditions. In contrast, Dingbo Power selected the Weichai 6M33D670E200 model, which features enhancements in the fuel system, turbocharging, intercooling, and structural strength specifically for heavy-duty operation. This ensures 100% load capacity under the harsh conditions of the mining site, avoiding downtime risks due to insufficient power. Recognizing this value, the client visited the factory on March 25th, 2025 to sign the contract and make the deposit, initiating production.

The entire process, from inquiry to delivery, took just over two months. The Weichai generator sets are now stably operational at the client's site.
