This is a mobile trailer-mounted emergency rescue double suction split case diesel water pump. It has rational structure, with double suction structure of center open symmetrical, bearings at both ends, good stability, smooth working, large flow, high efficiency, safety and reliability, longevity and easy maintenance. 1. The flow range is 126m³/h-21800m³/h, the head range is 10m-140m.
2. Rational structure, with double suction structure of center open symmetrical, bearings at both ends, good stability, smooth working, large flow, high efficiency, safety and reliability, long service life and easy maintenance.
3. The water pump impeller adopts centrifugal double suction impeller with symmetrical structure, and the axial force is canceled by each other. This ensures longevity, smooth running and high reliability.
4. The material of water pump, pump body and impeller is QT500 and the pump shaft material is 40Cr alloy steel.
5. Double-suction split case diesel water pump is equipped with a vacuum auxiliary system, which is composed of vacuum auxiliary device, vacuum pump and accessories. The vacuum pump is driven by the main diesel engine.
6. The enclosure structure is reasonable. The enclosure is made of high quality galvanized steel plate with thickness not less than 2.0mm. Each steel plate has been sandblasted for rust prevention and anti-corrosion treatment. 300 degrees high temperature spray paint process is adopted. Doors on the left and right sides of the enclosure can meets the needs of observation, operation, repair and maintenance of genset control system.
7. According to the size of the drainage pump flow, the generator set can be customized two or four wheel trailer. The trailer bar can be applicable to different heights of tractors with all directions steering. It is equipped with a driving inertia braking system and the driving speed is 20km/h to 60km/h.
8. The unit uses an intelligent controller to display the parameters of the diesel engine, such as water temperature, oil pressure, oil temperature and speed. It can also send alerts when any fault such as too high oil temperature, too low oil pressure and emergency stop alert is detected. The generator set is equipped with an emergency stop button and it has overload protection and alarm & stop function. The controller ensures simple and reliable operation.

After precision casting, the inner surface of the pump case and the surface of the impeller have remarkable anti-cavitation properties and high efficiency.

Axial Force Self-Cancellation = Far Longer Bearing Life In a conventional single-suction pump, hydraulic pressure acts on only one face of the impeller, generating significant axial thrust that must be absorbed entirely by the bearings. In a double suction design, water enters the impeller simultaneously from both sides. The opposing hydraulic forces cancel each other out — axial thrust is reduced to near zero. The result: dramatically lower bearing load, substantially extended service life, and far lower maintenance costs over the pump's operational lifetime.
Split Casing = Maintenance Without Pipe Disconnection The horizontally split case design divides the pump casing into upper and lower halves along the impeller centerline. When maintenance or inspection is required, technicians remove the upper casing half to access the impeller, shaft, bearings, and seals — without disconnecting the suction or discharge piping, without removing the diesel engine, and without disturbing the base frame alignment. For a trailer-mounted unit deployed in the field, this is a critical operational advantage.
Double Suction = 2× Flow at the Same RPM With two inlet ports drawing water simultaneously, a double suction split case pump achieves roughly twice the flow rate of a comparable single-suction impeller at the same rotational speed. This directly translates to higher throughput with lower NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) requirements — making the pump more forgiving in installations where suction head conditions are less than ideal.
① Precision-Cast Anti-Cavitation Impeller The double suction impeller is precision-cast with optimized hydraulic blade profiles. After casting, both the inner surface of the pump casing and the impeller face undergo machining to achieve the tight tolerances required for anti-cavitation performance. Cavitation — the primary cause of premature impeller failure in high-flow applications — is addressed at the design and manufacturing stage, not managed through operational compromise.
② SKF and NSK Brand Bearings — Industrial Standard Bearing failure is the most common cause of unexpected pump downtime in field-deployed equipment. Dingbo specifies SKF and NSK bearings as standard — not generic alternatives — ensuring the bearing service life ratings published in the specification tables are achievable under real operating conditions. Bearings are positioned at both ends of the shaft, sharing load symmetrically and further reducing individual bearing stress.
③ Dual Shaft Seal Options The shaft seal is available in mechanical seal or packing seal configuration depending on application requirements. Both options are rated for a minimum 8,000 hours of continuous operation without leakage under standard operating conditions. For applications involving continuous or semi-permanent deployment, this translates to over 12 months of continuous operation before scheduled seal maintenance.
④ Engine-Driven Vacuum Priming System Starting a large-diameter centrifugal pump against a dry suction line is one of the most operationally complex aspects of field deployment. Dingbo's trailer mounted double suction split case pump integrates a vacuum-assisted priming system — vacuum unit, vacuum pump, and all accessories — driven directly by the main diesel engine. No external power source, no separate priming pump, no manual filling procedure. Priming is initiated by the diesel engine on startup, enabling reliable operation from cold start even in remote field conditions.
⑤ 40Cr Alloy Steel Pump Shaft The pump shaft is machined from 40Cr alloy steel — the same material class specified for high-stress rotating machinery in power generation and heavy industry. Compared to standard carbon steel shafts, 40Cr provides significantly higher tensile strength, better torsional resistance, and improved fatigue life under the cyclic loading inherent in large centrifugal pump operation.
⑥ 2.0mm+ Galvanized Steel Enclosure The weather enclosure surrounding the diesel engine and pump assembly is fabricated from hot-dip galvanized steel with a minimum wall thickness of 2.0mm. This provides structural rigidity against the vibration loads experienced during road transport, as well as corrosion protection for long-term outdoor deployment in humid, coastal, or tropical climates.
⑦ Road-Ready Trailer Frame The complete pump-engine assembly is integrated onto a purpose-built trailer that can be towed by a standard heavy-duty vehicle — no specialized transport equipment required. The trailer frame is engineered for the combined static and dynamic loads of the pump and engine assembly, with appropriate axle rating and road-legal lighting and hitch configuration available for export markets.

Required Flow Rate (m³/h) Determine the peak flow your application requires — not average flow, but the maximum you need to handle during worst-case conditions (peak storm event, maximum irrigation demand, emergency drawdown rate). Flow rates below 500 m³/h are typically served by smaller pump models; rates above 5,000 m³/h require larger-diameter configurations with appropriate engine sizing.
Required Head (m) Total head is the sum of static elevation difference between the suction source and discharge point, friction losses in the pipe system, and any required discharge pressure. The Dingbo series covers 10–140m. Higher head requirements at a given flow rate will dictate a larger pump impeller diameter and more powerful engine.
