A. Automatic Start and Input Function

When the power supply stops or the power supply voltage is lower than 80% of the rated value, the unit will start automatically. After successful start-up, it will supply power to the load. The entire process of a successful start-up is controlled within 15 seconds. It has a remote interface, can set the start delay, and realize the automatic start and stop of the generator set.

B. Automatic Exit Function

During the self-generated power output of the generator set in the automatic state, if the mains power is restored and confirmed after 30 seconds, the unit starts to execute the automatic exit procedure. The unit will first cut off the load, restore the mains power supply, and then automatically stop after 2 minutes of cold running. If the power supply is stopped during the operation of the chiller, the unit automatically adjusts to high speed and restores power supply to the load.

C. Pre-alarm/Fault Protection Function

Low battery voltage, charging failure, overcurrent, low oil pressure, high water temperature, etc. have alarm functions, that is, the value in the alarm does not stop, and the alarm light flashes at this time; when the value exceeds the stop value, the engine stops due to fault, low speed, overspeed, frequency overrun, voltage overrun, start fault protection function. If an analog input value is greater than the upper limit or less than the lower limit, the corresponding high/low delay is started. After the delay ends, if the value does not return to normal, the oil engine stops immediately and the alarm light is on for a long time.

D. Automatic Charging Function

During the power-on or self-generating period of the unit, it can automatically charge the starting control battery. The charging system adopts a switching power supply, which can charge the battery in two stages.
