Diesel generator speed control device is a device to ensure the reliable operation and stable speed of diesel generator. A reduction gear assembly is installed at the end of the camshaft of the fuel injection pump to drive the governor. The three springs in the speed-regulating gear assembly can play a role in buffering sudden changes in speed. The higher the speed of the flying iron, the smaller its size, because it increases the speed of speed regulation. Two iron pieces of the same quality are installed on the flying iron frame. The telescopic shaft resists the paper roller on the surface of the speed control lever, the pressure rod and the gear rod of the fuel injection pump. One end of the speed control compression spring is hung on the speed control lever, and the other end is wrapped around the swing rod of the speed control compression spring, and the tension of the compression spring can be set. The scope of application of the regulator handle using diesel generators is divided into three types of structures.

 

The utility model has a small amount of setting control handle, which is suitable for use in in-line diesel generators and generator sets with more accurate rotational speed. A high-speed limit screw is installed on the operating mechanism to limit the maximum speed of the diesel generator, that is, to limit the position of the handle when the speed-regulating compression spring is at the maximum tension. When leaving the factory, this bolt has been adjusted and sealed with lead, and the user cannot replace it at will.

 

A low-speed stabilizer is installed on the rear housing of the internal combustion engine, which can be used to set the instability of the diesel generator at low speed. Because of the installation status, only the tachometer transmission mechanism joint is installed on the rear housing of the governor of the six-cylinder in-line diesel generator. A parking handle is installed in the front of the diesel generator. When the diesel generator is running or needs an emergency stop, you can turn the parking handle to the right to make an emergency stop. The lubricant of the regulator is not connected to the fuel injection pump. When refueling, use the oil supply port on the upper cover of the governor to pour it in to make the oil flow out of the bolt holes on the lubricating oil plane.

What is the basic principle of speed regulation for diesel generator enhanced diesel generator fuel injection pump?

 

In a certain stable state, at a certain speed of the diesel generator, the centrifugal force of the fly-iron is consistent with the tension of the speed control compression spring and the friction of the overall operating mechanism, so as to ensure a constant supply of the fuel injection pump and the diesel generator at a certain speed stable operation, the mutual position between the governor lever and the machine parts remains unchanged. When the load of the diesel engine drops, the fuel injection pump supplies more fuel than the diesel generator needs. Therefore, when the speed increases, the centrifugal force of the fly iron is greater than that of the speed control spring. Tension, thereby breaking the balance, the flying iron spreads out and moves to the right. In this way, the speed control lever can rotate to the right around the lever axis.

 

At this time, the speed control compression spring is pulled up, and the setting rack of the fuel injection pump moves to the right to reduce the fuel supply until the centrifugal force of the fly iron and the pull force of the speed control spring reach a balance again. At this time, the diesel engine runs at a slightly higher speed than before the load reduction, when the load of the diesel generator increases, the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump is less than the speed required by the diesel generator, thereby reducing the speed. The centrifugal force of the fly iron is smaller than that of the sliding spring. The speed control spring is an accelerating spring. The speed control lever can move the adjusting gear rod to the left, and the oil supply increases.

 

Before this, the diesel generator of the diesel generator set runs smoothly before the speed is slightly lower than the load, it is necessary to strictly restore the original speed, and the speed control handle needs to be set.

 

The 135 type diesel generator speed regulating power station generally has a fan plate fine-tuning mechanism on the upper right of the casing. The sector plate can be used to set the speed measurement of diesel generators when multiple diesel generators are running in parallel. When adjusting, the nut at the waist hole of the fan-shaped plate can be loosened, and the fan-shaped plate can be slowly turned to the position where the speed adjustment is required and fixed.
