The Structure Of The Oil Outlet Valve Can Prevent Oil Dripping From The Unit

The purpose of the oil outlet valve is not only to enable the diesel generator set to save the injection speed during fuel injection, but also to use it when the fuel in the pump chamber can enter the high-pressure fuel pipe. When the unit is injecting oil, the diesel generator set usually operates by oil supply in the oil outlet valve. The capacity and injection speed of the oil outlet valve enable the diesel generator set to maintain pressure almost uninterruptedly when required, which is crucial for their operation in the environment of drastic changes in high-pressure oil diesel generator.

(1) The oil outlet valve and valve seat are precision couplings made of alloy steel. Their guide holes, upper and lower end faces, and seat holes have undergone precision machining and grinding, and cannot be interchanged after pairing.

(2) The conical part of the oil outlet valve is the axial sealing friction conical surface of the valve, and the conical part of the valve slides in the guide hole to play a guiding and educational role for the enterprise. The tail of the machine is machined into a cross-section with grooves, allowing fuel to pass through. The cylindrical surface in the middle of the oil outlet valve is called a pressure reducing zone, which forms its own pressure reducing working volume with the traditional sealing cone.

(3) The lower end face of the valve seat and the upper end face of the plunger sleeve are tightly designed and fitted by precision machining, and can be compressed with the specified tightening torque through this type of compression nut. A copper high-pressure sealing gasket with a certain thickness between the compression nut and the valve seat. There is also a low-pressure sealing gasket between the compression nut of the outlet valve and the upper end face of the housing.

(4) A pressure reducing container with a groove is installed in the inner cavity of the pressure nut of the oil outlet valve to reduce the volume of the inner cavity space, promote the stop of rapid spray, and limit the effect of large lift of the oil outlet valve.
