1. Open frame.

The diesel generator should first check the water circuit, oil circuit, battery, etc., check whether the air switch on the motor is in the OFF position, and connect the load cable. To connect the oil tank, you need to pump oil until the oil return appears in the oil return line. If there is no oil return for a long time or there is pressure, you need to loosen the oil return screw, there may be air in it, so that the diesel cannot enter. After pumping oil, the key needs to start the switch, press the start button, adjust the throttle cable, make the frequency reach 50hz, the voltage is about 400v, fix the position of the throttle cable, and observe whether the diesel generator has abnormal noise.

2. Fully automatic or semi-automatic.

Automatic or semi-automatic diesel generators can be clearly found on separate LCD consoles or separate control cabinets like silent generators. The difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic operating systems is that fully automatic can automatically detect the automatic switching of mains and start power generation. Semi-automatic requires manual start, stop and operation switching. Below we explain the specific steps.

(1) Fully automatic mode (automatic detection of mains function).

Turn on the key and the rotary switch is in the automatic position. Press the AUTO board button, the diesel generator set control system will automatically start the diesel generator set according to the mains condition. The diesel generator set will automatically stop when the mains is on. If there is a problem, press the emergency stop switch directly. If an alarm occurs, it can be reset by pressing stop.

(2) Manual mode: (manual operation).

Turn on the key, turn the switch to the manual position (not required for semi-automatic), the rotary button must be in the idle position, and cannot appear in the high-speed position. Then the key is rotated to START, the diesel generator set will start directly, run for 10-15 seconds to warm up, and then rotate the speed rotary button to the high-speed position. Check the displayed data, if the data is normal, you can open the air switch on the generator. When shutdown is required, the air switch of the diesel generator set needs to be disconnected first. Then press the emergency stop button after the unit runs without load for 10-15 seconds, the diesel generator set will automatically stop, then press the stop button to reset and turn off the key.
