1.Analysis of Insulation Aging

The generator coil is an important part of the generator. During long-term use, various problems such as insulation aging will occur. 2.Coil Damage Fault

During the operation of the generator, due to long working hours, stator coil insulation faults are prone to occur, and the insulation level decreases. If the insulation part of the coil is damaged, it will lead to serious losses, and even the generator will stop working. The maintenance time for this kind of fault is long and the maintenance cost is high. In addition, due to the serious burning of the stator coil, the generator's current transformer, reactor, and bridge rectifier may be burned, causing inter-turn short circuit deformation of the generator rotor coil, leading to generator vibration faults.

3.Rotor Coil Overheating and Burning
