The main lubricating function of a diesel generator is achieved by engine oil, which ensures smoother operation. Engine oil is like the blood of a diesel generator. It holds significant importance for diesel generators, just like the engine oil used in our cars, requiring careful selection.
For example, when choosing diesel for the generator, we can refer to the following:
1.When the ambient temperature is above 0°C, use 0# diesel. For temperatures between 0°C and -10°C, use -10# diesel. When the temperature is between -10°C and -20°C, use -20# diesel.
2.Single-grade oil and multi-grade oil should not be mixed; different grades of oil can be mixed temporarily if necessary, but not for long-term use.
3.Domestic engine oils are of good quality and reasonable price, and large domestic refineries can produce high-grade lubricants that meet international standards, so they can be used with confidence.
How many kilo is one liter of diesel?
How many liters is one ton of diesel and how many kilo is one liter of diesel? This needs to be related to the volume, temperature, weight and density of crude oil and refined oil.
The national standard diesel density ranges from 0.810 to 0.855, and different models have different densities. For example, 0# diesel has a density of 0.84, +0.85# diesel density, +0.87# diesel density, -0.84# diesel density, -0.83# diesel density, -0.82 for 30# diesel density, and -0.82 for 35# diesel density.
Based on the above data and calculation method, 1 ton of light diesel has a density of 0.825, approximately 1211 liters:
1 ton = 1 * 6.29 / p = 6.29 / 0.825 ≈ 7.62 barrels
1 barrel = 158.98 liters
7.62 * 158.98 = 1211.4276 liters
Therefore, 1 ton of light diesel is approximately 1211 liters, and 1 liter of light diesel = 1/1211 ton, which is approximately 0.825 kg = 1.65 kilo.
Calculation method for the density of 0# diesel
At the standard temperature of 20°C, the density of 0# diesel is generally between 0.8600 g/cm³ and 0.8800 g/cm³. However, most of the 0# national standard diesel sold in the market currently has a density of 0.835. Now we have a density of 0.835. The mass of each liter of diesel is 835g. 1 ton is 1000000g, 1000000g / 835g = 1197.61. If the diesel density encountered is not 0.835, calculate according to the above formula.
For example, if the density of diesel is 0.86, the volume of one ton of diesel is: 1000000g / 860g = 1163L.
How many liters is one ton of 0# diesel?
If the diesel density is calculated as 0.84, one ton of this diesel is equivalent to approximately 1190 liters; if the diesel density is calculated as 0.86, one ton of diesel is equivalent to approximately 1163 liters. If the density of diesel is 0.85, one ton of this diesel is approximately 1176 liters.
0# diesel has a density of 0.84 kg/m³, V = 1000kg / 0.84kg/m³ which is approximately 1190 liters.
