1. The storage location of the daily fuel tank must be safe to prevent fire. The fuel tank or oil drum should be placed in a visible place separately, properly away from the diesel generator, and it is strictly prohibited to smoke.

2. If the daily fuel tank is made by the user, it should be noted that the fuel tank of the standby diesel generator is made of stainless steel or steel plate, and do not paint or galvanize the inside of the fuel tank, because they will chemically react with diesel oil, which may cause diesel power generation. Impurities damaged by the engine and reduce the quality, cleanliness and combustion efficiency of diesel.

3. After the daily fuel tank is placed, the highest oil level cannot be 2.5 meters higher than the diesel generator base. The pressure of oil delivery is not more than 2.5 meters. Even when the Yuchai diesel generator is turned off, the fuel is not allowed to flow into the diesel engine through the oil inlet pipeline or the fuel injection pipeline by gravity.

4. The resistance at the oil port is not allowed to exceed the value specified on all diesel generator performance data sheets when using a clean filter element. This resistance value is based on half the fuel in the fuel tank.

5. The position of the fuel supply pipe of the daily fuel tank should be about 50MM higher than the bottom of the diesel generator fuel tank to prevent sediment and water from being sucked into the fuel supply pipe.

6. The connection of the fuel oil return pipeline should not cause shock waves in the fuel oil in the diesel generator oil pipeline.

7. The fuel capacity in the daily fuel tank should ensure daily daily supply.

8. The oil supply and oil return area of the daily fuel tank should be provided with a perforated partition to reduce the heat exchange of the diesel generator.
