Mainly because it is close to the combustion chamber and the ambient temperature is very high, some industrial lubricating oils burn under the influence of the combustion mixture. At the same time, the poor preconditions of the oil film on the upper end of the standard cylinder are disturbed by high temperature, the industrial lubricating oil is diluted, the viscosity is greatly reduced, the oil film is difficult to maintain, the combustible mixture penetrates into the standard cylinder, and the small oil droplets in the mixture continuously wash the standard cylinder wall, weakening the greasy strength and making the oil film difficult to maintain. The piston creates semi-dry friction with the standard cylinder. Working under the premise of boundary friction and even dry friction, the upper end of the standard cylinder is damaged greatly, forming a tapered shape along the length.
In addition, the movement speed of the piston and the engine piston also makes it impossible to form a relatively stable lubricating system film on the working surface of the standard cylinder. When the piston is working, the speed at the top and bottom dead center is zero, and the middle speed is very large. When the pressure of the engine piston diesel generator internal combustion engine rushes behind the engine piston during the compression and working strokes, the unit pressure of the engine piston will increase greatly. During the combustion process, when the standard in-cylinder combustion pressure is 4mpa (40kgf/cm2), the pressure of the first engine piston is 3mpa (30kgf/cm2), and the pressure of the second engine piston is 0.75mpa (7.5kgf/cm2) ), the pressure of the third engine piston is 0.3mpa (3kgf/cm2).
