Installation Process of Diesel Generator Test Bench

1.The test bench should be installed indoors in a dry environment, protected from sand and dust. It needs to be placed horizontally, with the ambient temperature ranging from -5 to 40 degrees Celsius.

2.The power supply for the test bench is three-phase 380V, 50Hz industrial frequency constant voltage. The connection of the power supply should ensure that the injection pump rotates in the specified direction to prevent damage to the injection pump.

3.Before the test, remove the rust oil from the fuel injection pump test bench and inject the specified oil where needed.

Maintenance of Diesel Generator Pump Test Bench

1.Inspection and adjustment of standard fuel injectors To ensure the test accuracy of the fuel injection pump test bench, the opening pressure of the standard fuel injectors should be checked frequently. The opening pressure should be 17.5~17MPa. At the same time, check the oil output uniformity of each standard injector. The inspection method is: first adjust the opening pressure, then use a plunger of the standard fuel injection pump on the test bench to check the flow uniformity one by one under the conditions of the same counting times, speed and rack position. If there is a difference, it can be corrected by adjusting the opening pressure; if not, replace the standard injector.

2.Maintenance of hydraulic continuously variable transmission

(1)The hydraulic oil quantity in the hydraulic continuously variable transmission should be checked frequently. After the first oil change, it should be changed after 200 hours of operation, and then every 1200 hours of operation. The fuel tank should be well sealed to prevent other oil, water and dirt from infiltrating into the hydraulic continuously variable transmission. The limit screws of the hydraulic oil pump and motor cannot be moved at will, otherwise the hydraulic oil pump and motor will be damaged.

(2)Before starting the motor, use a special wrench to rotate the dial until the motor and fuel pump rotate simultaneously, and then start the motor to run.

3.Maintenance of fuel system

The test fuel should be replaced with new oil after 400 hours of operation or after debugging 500 fuel injection pumps. At the same time of replacement, clean the fuel tank and filter with kerosene;

The handwheels of the pressure regulating valve and vacuum valve must not be forced to screw after being screwed to the end, whether forward or reverse, to prevent damage to the parts.

Adjustment of fuel pump belt tightness: loosen the 2 screws on the fuel pump mounting plate, move the mounting plate, and adjust the tightness of the drive belt.

Add molybdenum disulfide grease to the fuel pump bearing with pulley every year or so.

4.Maintenance of gearbox The lubricating oil in the gearbox works for about 400 hours or half a year. It is strictly forbidden to change gears during the operation of the test bench to prevent damage to the continuously variable transmission and gearbox gears.
