Check Pipeline Condition

1.Remove the crankcase return pipe and ventilation pipe, and remove the outlet of components related to the ventilator, one-way valve or oil-gas separator.

2.Check whether the pipeline is flat, broken, leaking, etc., then clean and blow it clean.

3.When disassembling and installing, do the opposite.

Check the Condition of One-way Valve

For the crankcase forced ventilation system with a one-way valve, focus on checking the one-way check valve. When the one-way valve is stuck open or blocked by adhesive, it will be unable to ensure normal crankcase ventilation. When the valve is continuously blocked, the oil and gas with poor ventilation under engine load will escape into the atmosphere, polluting the atmosphere; when the valve is stuck open, it will cause excessive oil consumption and increase the cost of using the unit.

1.Vacuum Check Valve

According to the one-way valve of the spiral engine, after ensuring good ventilation, start the engine to idle, put a finger on the open end of the one-way valve, the finger should feel vacuum, and the valve should make a "hissing" sound, and there should be suction on the hand. If it feels abnormal, clean the check valve and exhaust pipe with fingers or a vacuum cleaner, then check again; if there is still no effect, the pipeline should be replaced.

2.Check Valve Movement

According to the one-way valve, insert the one-way valve and the disc rod into the screw engine, and the plunger should move freely back and forth in the valve. If the valve does not move, the plunger should be cleaned or replaced.
