1. The battery voltage is too low or the battery capacity is insufficient to start the diesel generator.

2. If there is a malfunction in the starting motor circuit or machinery, the starting motor cannot operate and needs to be repaired before use, or replacement is recommended.

3. The starting motor did not engage with the engine flywheel teeth, causing the starting motor to spin and unable to start the engine.

4)  Due to a malfunction in the electrical circuit of the diesel generator, the starting motor will not operate, such as a short circuit in the intermediate relay or burning the fuse.
