Many customers have called asking why the voltage of the 10kW small diesel generators purchased from us is always below 220 volts.

In fact, small diesel generators are driven by a pulley, and their speed should be 2200 rpm. To save fuel, many users have unauthorizedly increased the diameter of the pulley. They want to reduce the speed of the diesel engine to save fuel. However, this has resulted in the generator speed failing to reach 2200 rpm, and its voltage will certainly not reach 220 volts. Therefore, its parameters cannot be adjusted arbitrarily.
