The inside of the tube-belt type is formed by the arrangement and combination of the corrugated heat dissipation belt 8 and the flat tube 9. The belt is provided with slot 10, which can destroy the airflow boundary layer to increase the heat transfer effect. The rigidity of the core is not as good as that of the segment type, but the manufacturing process is simple and convenient for mass production, and its application is gradually increasing.
The radiator core of diesel generator set is mostly made of brass. Brass has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, is easy to form, has sufficient strength and is convenient for welding repair. The closed forced circulation cooling system is a closed system. The boiling point of cooling water can be increased by increasing the steam pressure of the system. As the temperature difference between the cooling water temperature and the outside air temperature increases, the cooling capacity of the whole cooling system is also improved. However, if the steam pressure in the cooling system is too high, the weld or water pipe of the radiator core may be broken.
When the water vapor in the cooling system condenses, the steam pressure in the system will be lower than the external atmospheric pressure. If the pressure is too low, the radiator core may be damaged by the external atmospheric pressure. Therefore, air-steam valve is installed on the water tank cover of the closed cooling system, otherwise the quotation of the generator will be affected. When the steam pressure in the cooling system is 0.01~0.02MPa lower than the atmospheric pressure, the air valve will open against the preload of the spring under the pressure difference. The air enters the upper water tank through the air valve from the steam outlet pipe 5, which increases the pressure of the cooling system.
When the steam pressure in the cooling system exceeds the atmospheric pressure by 0.02~0.03MPa, the steam valve spring will be compressed, and the steam valve will open. At this time, a part of steam will be released from the steam outlet pipe, which will reduce the pressure of the cooling system. At this time, the boiling point of cooling water can be increased to about 108 ℃, reducing the consumption of cooling water.
