3.The assembled bolts should not have phenomena such as bending, cracking and reverse - threading.

4.The inside of the oil pan, diesel tank, oil filter and diesel filter should be clean and free of impurities.

5.Adjust the oil pressure as required.

6.Check and adjust the pressure of the brush springs according to the technical requirements in the manual of the brush - type synchronous generator. The contact area between the brushes and the slip - ring should be more than 85%.

7.There should be no abnormal noise from the internal bearings of the generator.

8.The instruments and other components installed inside the generator control panel should not shake, and all kinds of screws should be tightened according to the technical requirements.

9.The insulation layers of the generator stator coil, rotor coil, excitation motor stator coil and excitation motor rotor coil should not fall off.
