The electronic control injection technology of generator set has the same point as the electronic speed regulation technology, but also has the fundamental difference, that is, the electronic injection also has the electrical signal to control the injection time and injection pressure, completely eliminating the mechanical structure in the fuel system.

First, Bosch's common rail electronically controlled diesel shed system. Its feature is that there is a common high-pressure fuel rail in the system. The high-pressure fuel pump is used to pump oil into the common fuel rail, and the solenoid valve is used to regulate the pressure of the fuel rail. High pressure or medium pressure diesel fuel has a common fuel rail to each cylinder injector. The solenoid valve installed in the injector controls the injection quantity and injection timing. The injection pressure is directly determined by the pressure of the common rail, or the booster piston of the injector pressurizes the fuel from the common rail.


The common rail electronically controlled fuel injection system can simultaneously control the fuel injection quantity, fuel injection timing, fuel injection pressure and fuel injection rate, and can realize high-pressure injection to meet the emission requirements. At the same time, when it is used on the diesel engine of the generator set of the fuel injection system that originally used the traditional high-pressure fuel pump high-pressure fuel pipe injector, the structure changes very little. The fuel flow in the generator set system is from the fuel filter, oil pump (low pressure) and fuel manifold to the fuel injector. In the fuel system, the high-pressure fuel flows, and the high-pressure fuel pipe is canceled, which can prevent the compressibility of diesel and the elasticity of the fuel pipe from fluctuating in the stroke pressure of the fuel pipe, which may cause the closed needle valve to reopen, resulting in abnormal combustion of secondary injection, and incomplete combustion.


The fuel injector is composed of solenoid valve, lifting valve acidification enhancement piston, nozzle assembly, etc. The injection power of the fuel injector of the generator unit comes from hydraulic energy, and the piston and plunger in the fuel injector are controlled by hydraulic pressure and speed. At the same time, the fuel injection quantity is controlled by the width of the pulse sent by the ECM to control the opening and closing time of the solenoid valve in the injector. When the solenoid valve is energized, lift the valve to open its valve seat, and the high-pressure oil will push the piston and plunger down to the lowest position. When the ECM outputs a signal to disconnect the fuel supply of the injector to the acidification enhancement piston, the high-pressure oil in the acidification enhancement piston will be discharged into the rotating empty slot, and the plunger spring will push the acidification enhancement piston and plunger back to their original positions, When the plunger moves upward, the fuel valve is fully examined and low pressure fuel begins to fill the plunger disc.
