Minor Repair (3000-4000 hours):

1. Inspect diesel generator valves and valve seats for wear, repair or replace if necessary;

2. Check the working conditions of diesel generator fuel injection pump and injectors, repair and adjust if necessary;

3. Check and adjust the tightening torque of diesel generator connecting rod screws;

4. Check and adjust diesel generator valve clearance;

5. Adjust diesel generator injector stroke;

6. Check and adjust the tension of charger fan belt;

7. Clean intake manifold carbon deposits;

8. Clean cooler core;

9. Clean the entire diesel generator lubricating oil system;

10. Clean sludge and metal particles from arm chamber and oil pan.

Medium Repair (6000-8000 hours):

1. All minor repair items;

2. Disassemble the engine (excluding crankshaft);

3. Inspect cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, intake and exhaust valves, and components of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism, valve system, lubrication system and cooling system for wear, replace if necessary;

4. Inspect diesel generator fuel supply system, adjust fuel pump and injectors;

5. Repair generator electrical components, clean oil deposits, and lubricate electric ball bearings.

Major Repair (9000-15000 hours):

1. All medium repair items;

2. Completely disassemble the diesel generator set;

3. Replace cylinder block, pistons, piston rings, main and connecting rod bearings, thrust washers, crankshaft, intake and exhaust valves, and complete engine overhaul kit;

4. Adjust fuel injection pump and injectors, replace pump plungers and injector nozzles;

5. Replace diesel generator turbocharger overhaul kit and water pump repair kit;

6. Calibrate connecting rods, crankshaft and other components, repair or replace if necessary.
