1. Negative reluctance generator control principle

On the one hand, the parameter setting of traditional PID control does not realize automation, and on the other hand, this control must accurately determine the object model. However, the NRG cannot obtain an accurate mathematical model, and the control parameters vary and are nonlinear, so that the PID control with fixed parameters cannot make the NRG control system maintain the designed performance indicators under various operating conditions.

Fuzzy controller is a new type of controller developed in recent years. Its advantage is that it does not need to grasp the precise mathematical model of the controlled object, but organizes the control decision table according to the manual control rules, and then determines the size of the control quantity by the table. Therefore, using fuzzy control to control the negative reluctance generator is a way to improve the system performance. But in practice, it is found that there are some deficiencies in the design of the conventional fuzzy controller, such as the data in the control table jumps and the smoothness is poor, which has an impact on the control effect. Combining fuzzy control and PID control, it will be an excellent control strategy. The reason is:

First, from the linear control theory, it can be known that the integral control can eliminate the steady-state error, but the dynamic response is slow, and the proportional control has a fast dynamic response. Therefore, introducing the PI control strategy into the Fuzzy controller to form the Fuzzy-PI composite control is a way to improve the steady-state performance of the fuzzy controller.

Second, increasing the fuzzy quantization universe is the most direct method to improve the steady-state accuracy of the fuzzy controller, but this method will increase the computational complexity of fuzzy reasoning, and the increase of the quantization universe is not endless.

2. Characteristics of negative reluctance generator circuit

(1) The voltage rating of each main switch tube remains unchanged.

(2) Since the voltage rating of the main switch tube is approximately equal to the voltage rating of the motor winding, this line uses the rated voltage of the main switch tube, and the effective full power supply voltage can be used to control the phase winding current.

(3) Since each phase winding is connected to its own asymmetric half bridge, on the circuit, the phases are completely independent, so this structure does not have any restrictions on the number of winding phases.

(4) Two main switch tubes are required for each phase. Except that the motor windings are connected in series with the switches of each phase, there is no hidden trouble of direct connection between the upper and lower bridge arms, it is very similar to the three-phase asynchronous PWM inverter circuit.
