 General Information


1100GFRQ gas generator is a new type of gas generator produced by our company. Its prime mover 16V165RQ is a new type of gas engine developed by our company on the basis of introducing German MTU 396 diesel engine production and technology license and adopting EGS-02 electric control technology of WOODWARD company. The following is a detailed description of its technology, performance and characteristics.

The generator set power is 1100 kilowatts (the calibration power of the selected generator is 1200 kilowatts), and the power of the gas engine is not less than 1260 kilowatts (rated power, no overload capacity).

 

The minimum methane content of 25% methane for gas engine is 25%, which can be adapted automatically when the concentration varies in the range of 5%.

 

Gas engine has perfect protection function.

3. Technical Features of Monitoring and Control system for 3C16V165RQ Gas engine

 

The monitoring and control system of 16V165RQ gas engine has the characteristics of integrated regulation, control, self-inspection and safety protection.

 

(1) Electric Control system of 1D 16V165RQ Gas engine

 

Referring to the advanced technology of the electronic management system of MTU diesel engine in Germany and combining the characteristics of coal-bed methane (gas) unit, the control instrument box beside the machine is developed, which integrates operation, display, security and data communication as one electronic control system. Having the following characteristics:

 

machine - side operation-For better protection of gas engine and convenient maintenance, special addition of pre-supply, wheel and emergency stop and other operations.

 

Show-It is a multifunctional liquid crystal display screen, which can display all kinds of operation parameters, automatic protection alarm and state display of coal bed methane (CBM) machine.

 

security guard-The oil pressure, mixed inlet pressure and cooling water temperature are monitored. When the set value is exceeded, the system sends out sound and light alarm and takes corresponding protection measures to complete the task of protecting the gas engine.

 

After data processing, all parameters of the gas engine are uploaded to the upper control computer via RS485 (or 422) serial port.
